Journeys Reset Weekend 2027
28–31 May 2027 | 4 Days • 3 Nights
Join us for a long weekend of connection, nature, community and wellbeing in the beautiful Calder Valley.
Following the success of our first Reset Weekend, we’re excited to be bringing it back for 2027. The feedback from our first event was incredible, with many people making new friendships, finding confidence, feeling accepted, and returning home refreshed, recharged and inspired.
This is a welcoming, inclusive and fully sober weekend where you can join in as much or as little as you like. Whether you want to throw yourself into every activity, or simply sit by the campfire, enjoy a walk, read a book, and spend time in nature, you’re welcome here.
Journeys is proudly LGBTQ+ friendly, neurodivergent friendly, and committed to creating a safe, supportive and non-judgemental environment. We know many people arrive feeling nervous or anxious, especially if they’re coming alone, but time and again people tell us how quickly they felt at ease and part of the group.
This is a fully sober weekend.
For many of us, modern life can be noisy, busy and full of distractions. The Reset Weekend offers an opportunity to step away from that for a few days and experience genuine connection with nature, with others, and with yourself, without the need for alcohol or other substances.
There is something powerful about sitting around a campfire, watching the sunrise, swimming in cold water, sharing stories, laughing, singing, and simply being present as your authentic self. No masks, no hangovers, no pressure to be anything other than who you are.
Whether you’re in recovery, sober-curious, choosing not to drink, or simply looking for a different kind of weekend, you’ll find a welcoming and supportive environment where you can relax, connect and reset.
Accommodation is at a camping barn with access to both shared indoor dorm accommodation and a camping field. Whilst this isn’t luxury accommodation, it is warm, welcoming, comfortable and full of character. We also provide a quiet bell tent and access to the mezzanine area for anyone who would like some downtime, solitude or a quieter space throughout the weekend.
For those camping, we also provide a night-time toilet tent, so there’s no need to walk across the site in the middle of the night.
Throughout the weekend there will be opportunities to connect with others, connect with nature, and reconnect with yourself through a wide range of activities including:
• 4 Yoga Sessions
• 2 Yoga Nidra Sessions
• 2 Sound Baths
• Sober Disco
• Basket Weaving
• Foraging & Cordial Making
• Sea Shanty Session
• Arts & Crafts Sessions
• 2 Guided Runs
• 2 Guided Hikes
• Sunrise Walk to Stoodley Pike
• Open Water Swimming
• Ice Baths & Cold Plunges
• Stargazing & Night Walk

Research consistently shows that spending time outdoors, moving your body, connecting with others, being creative and taking time away from everyday pressures can have a positive impact on wellbeing and mental health. This weekend is designed to provide exactly that: a chance to slow down, breathe, laugh, connect and reset.
Please note: All activities are optional, with the exception of the sharing circles.
All meals, activities, camping or dorm accommodation are included in the ticket price.
£220 per person
