About
Discover your Inner Village
An Evening Taster
Every one of us carries an Inner Village.
A living community of different voices, qualities, longings, fears, protectors and forgotten possibilities. Some of these parts feel familiar and easy to access. Others have been hidden, silenced or are simply waiting for the right conditions to emerge.
Fool Expression is an invitation to begin meeting this inner community through embodied play, movement, presence and authentic expression.
Rather than talking about ourselves, we learn to notice what is alive in us, stay with it, and discover the intelligence, vitality and creativity that each experience carries.
As our relationship with these different parts deepens, they become less frightening to meet and more available as companions in our lives. We begin to discover that every part carries something essential, and that there is also a place in the middle of it all where we are free to choose, to respond, and to move between them with greater ease.
A Taste of Fool Expression
This evening offers a gentle introduction to the practice and to the atmosphere of Fool Expression
Together we'll explore simple embodied exercises, movement, relational practices and playful explorations that help us settle, become more present, and meet ourselves with curiosity
Everything is offered as an invitation. You are always free to participate at your own pace. There is nothing to perform, no experience to get right, and no previous experience with movement, theatre or personal development is needed.
What does the evening involve?
During the evening you can expect:
• Grounding and embodiment practices
• Emerging movement and exploration
• Connecting with others in a simple and supported way
• Discovering different parts of yourself through direct experience
• Moments of reflection and sharing
• A relaxed, welcoming and trauma-informed space
** Is this for me?**
This evening may be for you if you:
• Feel curious about yourself and how you relate to the world
• Long for more authenticity, freedom or creativity in your life
• Are interested in embodied personal development
• Are looking for a practice that is both playful and profound
• Simply want to experience something different in a safe and welcoming environment
Many people leave feeling more connected to themselves, more spacious, more playful, and curious to continue discovering their Inner Village.
The Fool
In this practice, the Fool is not someone who performs or entertains.
The Fool is the part of us that remains curious.
It is willing to step into the unknown without needing to know who it has to be.
It welcomes every aspect of ourselves with openness rather than judgement.
The Fool can move from one presence to another, allowing each to be fully embodied before gently stepping aside for whatever wishes to emerge next.
Over time this brings greater flexibility, authenticity and inner freedom.
Curious to explore further?
This evening is a first taste of Fool Expression.
If this work speaks to you, the Fool Expression Level 1 weekend on the 7-8 November 26 offers a deeper immersion into building relationships with the many parts of your Inner Village and developing practical tools to continue that journey in everyday life.

"_ Every time I met with the unknown I was surprised, delighted and had a great sense of relief. For me the unknown has always been a frightening dark abyss, yet just with this intro weekend and stepping into the unknown a few times, my perspective has greatly shifted. It's still scary, yes, but instead of a dark, frightening abyss there are now so many different shades and hues to discover. Going through this process has been like a mirror for my life... Thank you for revealing and sharing this path. _"
