Intuitive Painting Workshop 🎨🌿

Join us for a creative Sunday morning at Plot 9, Greenwich.

I am an artist working across mixed media, clay, sculpture, and performance.

From this experience, together with my background in teaching Vedic Art and studying Fine Art, I developed my own approach to facilitating creative workshops.

I’m inviting you into a space for free expression, where intuition leads the way, through colour and play✨

We’ll begin with a guided meditation to help you connect with yourself, followed by a few playful exercises to open up your imagination. From there, we’ll move into painting, allowing intuition to guide the process.

There is no need to achieve a particular outcome. Instead, we’ll focus on the creative process itself, through curiosity, freedom, and presence.

Basic materials, including paints, paper, brushes, and small canvases, will be provided. Feel free to bring your own materials, a larger canvas, or an old painting or forgotten object you’d like to transform and give new life.

Please wear clothes you don’t mind getting paint on.

We’ll finish the workshop by gathering over a cup of tea, surrounded by nature 🧚🦋🥰☀️

No painting experience is needed.
