Come on a journey of sound and movement as we explore the relationship between the primordial force of sound and the infinite layers of our Self - listening deeply to the body, to the music, and to the moment.

To help us go deeper, we welcome 2 very special guests:

• Ryan Rhodes is a vocal sound therapist, voice coach, and multi-instrumentalist. He will guide us to express our voice as a group in a safe and held way, and will support the music journey with throat singing and didgeridoo.
• Geo Green is a multi-instrumentalist and facilitator of group musical spaces. He uses looping to create intricate soundscapes, layered with voice, beats, and synthesisers.
