Sister Circle - Lammas & New Moon

Space to gather as the ancients did in sacred circle to honour cycles; of nature, personal and collective; being as you are authentically with fellow sisters; to be playful, silly, wild, deep, everything in between… and very welcome!

We will walk mindfully as a group to a beautiful woodland spot contained by a fallen tree, then open by calling in the four directions and coming into communion with earth and trees.

Joining together to shake out in dance, to sing and craft with our hands.

Each meeting will include an aspect of some or all of; guidance in somatic practises, to take us deeper, connecting with our intuition and innate wisdom; challenging and renegotiating together unhelpful beliefs we may have inherited from society or early life; casting intentions for the following seasons.

We will bear witness to each others challenges, triumphs, changes, losses and new beginnings.

We will ask for what we need from others in the community to support us wherever we are in our personal cycles of life.

Session flow typically:

17.30 Meet and walk to the woods

18.00 Opening circle & shake out

18.15 Brief sharing & witnessing

18.30 Space to go deeper with a theme, somatic exercise &/or visualisation & ask for what you need from the group.

19.00 Join in dance and song

19.30 Set and cast our personal intentions, craft with hands and chat freely on a theme or anything!

20.00 Close then option to share food and fire
