🗓️ 90–100 min, 6 consecutive Fridays, until November 13th.

Through surrendered leadership and surrendered teaching, we’ll explore the art of being present, spontaneous and real with each other.

⚡️ At the heart of it: the power of vulnerability.

We’ll practice creating safety, capacity and connection — both within ourselves and with others.

Over these six weeks, you’ll get tools and practice for developing your emotional and relational intelligence.

Drawing from Circling, Somatic Inquiry, the Meisner Technique, ACT, Functional Analytic Psychotherapy, and Somatic Experiencing.

After these six weeks, there will be an option to continue for another six - at the same price - with room and support to practice leading, for those who want to.
